Takkiduda (Japan), Sbogom 1000 & Boris-m Vaklinov in a spontaneous children’s day journey

The visit of the Japanese duo Takkiduda is a good occasion for an adventurous journey with sound and visuals in Bobbina Cultural Space. The colourful appearance of Takkiduda is kindly supported by Sbogom 1000 and Boris-m Vaklinov. Be aware that the journey might take spontaneous turns – from minimalistic, dark and immersive to bright and colourful.

"Spontaneous improvisation" birthed from sound and visuals.

Sensing the energy of the cosmos, atmosphere, and vibes, we intuitively weave sounds. Using programming, we generate accidental sounds and improvise with them, creating music rich in unpredictability. Furthermore, the harmony of sound and visuals continuously transforms the dimension.

We simply feel the present moment, releasing sounds as we are guided by the impulses that arise—like embarking on a journey without a destination, like living as nature does.

We revere the beauty and diversity of nature that embraces everything, and we are also grateful for civilization and technology. As human beings, we strive to live as a part of the natural cycle. By contemplating the question, "What is nature?" we express the energy that arises from our life in the mountains. Moving towards an Earth filled with diversity and joy, we do what we can for this Earth.

A spontaneous improvisation unit formed by umu and Ao Sayawarah, based in the mountainous region of Okayama, performing in Japan and abroad.

sbogom 1000 is a project inhabiting the unknown. In his hands, analog synthesizers blend with monolithic guitars and field recordings to create a dense and enveloping soundscape. With a focus on low frequencies and slow progression, sbogom 1000’s work seeks catharsis through minimalism and patience.

Борис-М Ваклинов е изтоковед и визуален артист, който експериментира музикално, въвлечен от ритуални практики на далечния изток и съвременна електронна пейзажна музика. Фокус е спонтанността и импровизацията на място с нестандартни средства за създаване на музика и шум.

Boris-M Vaklinov is an Asian studies specialist and visual artist who experiments with music, inspired by ritual practices of the far east and contemporary ambient music. His focus is spontaneity and improvisation with non-standard means of creating music and noise.
